Returns & Exchanges

At The Try Guys, we want you to love what you wear, but if a fit doesn't work out, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Follow the prompts to download your prepaid shipping label and print it out at home; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
